This is the cutoff for check stub deposits to be included in the current distribution. |

Pay The Following:
|
Current Distribution: The Normal option distributes all revenue transactions entered from check stub. Use the Don’t Distribute option if you are processing records from suspense only. Petty Suspense: The Normal option honors the petty suspense pay code minimums defined for each owner in the Owner Master. Use the Don’t Pay option if you require the cycle to pay the current distribution records only. Use the Flush option if you desire to pay all petty suspense regardless of the minimum pay code defined in the Owner master. This option still honors the Company level default for ‘Minimum Amt when Flushing Petty’. (See the Company Option: Transfer Petty Suspense to A/R for WI Owners that are netted as an alternative to the manual flush option.) |
Pay (or if unchecked, Put into Petty Suspense):
|
Interest Types: Select each ownership type option, Working, Royalty and/or Override as needed. Any ownership type not selected will be placed in petty suspense instead of pay status. Note: C (Carried Working) and P (Production Payment) interest workers will be treated like a Working Interest Owner when the extract is restricted to only Working Interest
Owners with payment code: Select each payment code, 1,2,3 and/or P as needed. Payment codes are defined for each owner in the Owner Master. Any payment code not selected will be placed in petty suspense instead of pay status.
Owners with Payment Method: Check and/or Credit Acct. Select payment methods to be included in the cycle. Any payment method not selected will be placed in petty suspense instead of pay status.
Restrict to Pay Group Code: Define the Pay Group Code to restrict the distribution to. This is an optional. The Pay Group Code is defined on each Owner Maintenance / Other Tab. There can be as many different codes set up but you can only restrict for one or leave blank for all. This is typically used when you want to pay only a selected group of owners not just a certain interest type. All other pay group codes will be placed in petty suspense instead of pay status. |
