AFE Reports

Authority for Expenditures Reports:

Owner or Office Copy

This report provides the Owner or Office Copy for an AFE or Cash Call. There are four different print options that become available if printing the AFE or Cash Call with Owner Copy selected. These options are located in the "Print based on Owner Stmt Options" box located at the bottom of this screen.

Note: if Office Copy option is selected the Print Scanned Documents option below will be available. This will allows scanned documents attached to the AFE to be printed.

AFE Comparison

This report shows the actual amount versus budgeted amount and can be printed in color. If this option is utilized, and the difference is greater than zero, the "Difference" and Percent Spent" will be in red. This report has the option to restrict the actual amount being reported by effective date range and to print the detail that makes up that amount.

Simple Listing

This report provides a basic listing of each AFE/Stage.

Payment Status Report

The Payment Status report shows the prorated budget and payment amounts for each owner for an AFE range. This report includes an option to be able to exclude AFE(S)/stages that are marked inactive.

Account Comparison

This report ccompares the cost amounts by account for multiple AFE's. Ten AFE's can be compared in this report at one time.

AFE Prepayments vs. Unbilled

This report will show the unapplied prepayments vs. unbilled JIB.

AFE Activity

This report provides AFE activity (or no activity) for a given time frame, selected property or range of properties, output by month or by quarter. Up to 24 columns can be displayed as well as a column for "Prior" or "After." The Drill Down function is available for this report to allow you to see the detail at the transaction level.
