The Utilities button on the bottom menu bar in Sub-Account maintenance, also has a mass delete utility which allows you to mass delete a range of Sub-Accounts with a Sub-Table. You can also delete Sub-Accounts that were created by a particular user on a particular date and time. Enter the desired parameters for the mass delete. However, when mass deleting, it is recommended to create a backup first in the Utilities module > Backup Pak Accounting Data. Use caution when using any mass delete feature.

 

Note: if companies are sharing, Sub-Accounts can only be deleted from the master company.
