This sub-menu is used to generate reports for government quarterly reporting and record keeping.

All 3 Above Reports - prints the Wages Paid Report, Taxes Deducted Report, and Unemployment report all at once.

rarely used, for companies whose payroll is allocated by Cost Center (Department, yard, etc) and need to report to the TWC Unemployment by the Cost Center.

Taxable Wages and Withholding State File

This sub-menu is used to generate reports for government quarterly reporting and record keeping. Most of the menu options here have the same report options available to allow you to print only the information you need. The Report Options are detailed below.

Report Options
Quarter:	Enter the quarter as a 1-digit number: 1 - for first quarter information (Jan - March) 2 - for second quarter (April - June) 3 - third quarter reports (July - Sept) 4 - last quarter (Oct - Dec)
Year:	Last 4 digits of year requested.
Include only wages for state:	To limit the report to a single state, enter the 2-character state code. The default value of -- (two dashes) prints all states.
Report Type:	Quarter to date information only - summary for current quarter Year to date information only - summary for year Both YTD and QTD
