This option allows the user to print either a MICR deposit slip or a Deposit Attachment. The MICR deposit slip prints a deposit slip with the MICR line for you to take directly to the bank. See General FAQ for instructions and screenshots on installing the MICR 65 font if necessary.  The Deposit slip is set up in Bank Account Maintenance.

 

The deposit slip is printed on the same MICR check stock as your checks.  

The deposit attachment lists each check and amount and then a deposit total. This report can be used as verification of receipts or as the supporting schedule to the deposit slip you present to your bank.  

 

Print Deposit Slip Steps:

1.Choose to Print All Banks or a specific Bank (deposits can be entered for more than one bank at the same time).

2.Choose to print a MICR Deposit Slip or a Deposit Attachment.

3.Click on the "Printer" button at the bottom of the screen. (Additionally, you can view or save to file).
