Min # Bbls per Load |
Minimum barrels to be used in the Commission Rate calculation. |
Max # Bbls per Load |
Maximum barrels to be used in the Commission Rate calculation. |
Force at zero rate if driving a Bobtail |
If trailer is a Bobtail trailer, this option will force the Driver Rate to be zero, regardless of miles and/or BBLs. |
Calculation Basis |
This is used when calculating commission. It lets the system know what basis to use-Gross or Net BBL. The flat basis does not use volume in the calculation basis. |
Calculation Method – Method in which surcharge options should be calculated. Options are #Miles Based and Tier Based. Price Index- Associates the fuel index for each rate if applying fuel surcharges. Price Type- Daily Price of Monthly Average Base Fuel Price- Enter in Base Fuel to be used to determine if a surcharge is applied. |

Multiply by- Determines the Basis to be used when calculating mileage charges. Divide by- Determines the Basis to be used when calculating mileage charges. Round to # Decimals- What decimal to round to when using the multiply by and divide by |
Mileage Rates Tab
Set up the "mileage thru" range with each rate. This is unlimited.
NOTE: All split loads “Drivers Pay Rates” and “Billing Hauling Rates” are combined on the first split ticket.
Additional Rates By Property Tab
This tab provides the ability to override mileage rates for certain properties. Rates can be added or replaced and the freight amount can be replaced also.
Additional Offload Rates
This tab provides the ability to override any replacement rates from the Additional Rates by Property Grid. Rates can be added or replaced.
This tab allows for multiple "Hauling Rates" with different options.

Truck/Truck Class Rates Tab: Allows the user to define additional rates based on Truck Class.
Click on the "Test" button at the bottom of the screen to see the "Calculate the Mileage Charges and Surcharges". For calculations (i.e. Mileage Charge and Fuel Surcharge) that use the number of miles on Split loads, the max number of miles for all of the associated split tickets will be used.
