Division of Interest List

Master List of Owners, legend for all Owner exemptions for each property/deck and Percentages for each property/deck. This report provides detail of any deleted interest, product types and exempt costs. When saving to a file, columns will be added for effective "From" and "Thru" dates. Properties and decks that can be included are Active, Inactive, or Both. However, if you want a listing of active decks, the property setting will be set to include active properties as well. This report persists by User.

NOTE: The Division of Interest List will allow you to run listings for any suspense code as well as extra suspense codes as defined on the DOI.

Division Order List/Letter

This list includes owner addresses and Tax ID numbers. The Letter option will print Division Order Letters for each owner. The form letter set up is located in Utilities/Global/Letter Templates. The Print By State/County option will show all decks. Additionally, there is an option to include the first page of a W8 or W9 form (depending on the tax class) with each Division Order being printed. W-8's will print for owner's with a Foreign tax class. The Division Orders can be printed in a batch via the List/Letter option or when a division of interest is changed via DOI maintenance or by mass Owner Maintenance. The email address of the owner (from the Owner Maintenance Revenue Billing tab) can be added as well. Additional features are the ability to enter in a property level dollar amount and have the Division Order Letter print a sight draft for the purchase of Royalty Interests as well as to be able to limit the owners based on the Owner's Accounts Receivable account number(s). When requesting only active decks to be included, only active properties will be included as well. Ability to run by Working Interest, Royalty Interest, Override Interest and the ability to combine Working Interest with the Operator. This report persists by User.

NOTES

•The Division Order List/Letter allow you to run listings for any suspense code as defined on the DOI.

•The W8-BEN/W9 box will not be available unless running by letter.

•Box 7 of the W-9 will populate with the Company Code, Owner Sub-Table, AR account number, and Owner Sub-Account code to help you easily identify upon return.

Change History List

The Change History List provides an alternative to the Change Log, allowing you to research a DOI change with ease instead of having to sift through massive amounts of data that the Change Log provides. The information on the report can be restricted to the options chosen for the lease, date range, User ID, Owner, and Deck. The report will provide information for the DOI before and after the change for comparison and has been formatted to be easy to read as well as compact when generated for one owner only. If you are running the report for one owner only, you have the option to not print where the interest came from or went to by checking the box next to that option.

Print Owner Labels

Print labels for sending out DOI letters. Select from many different criteria in which to print the labels such as "Only Owners with Suspense Code: and "Interest Types" among others

Percent Error listing

Listing to show billing or revenue % DOI totals that do not equal 1.0

Division of Interest by Owner

Prints DOI information for a given owner range. If an owner has an email address or multiple addresses listed they will print on the report as well (multiple email addresses will print on separate lines. A long email address will wrap to another line if necessary). This listing will show extra suspense codes as defined on the DOI. This report persists by User.

Division of Interest Export

Export DOI information for selected owners to an Excel file.

Deck Master Listing

Prints a list of the DOI decks and descriptions by lease and whether the deck is active or not.

KY Ad Valorem Tax Filing

This replaces the paper form 62A384-O Oil Property Tax return. Other states typically use D-2 Division Order List.

Land Comparison Grid View

This report will compare an existing DOI to the current land records.
