ACH Print Statements

ACH Print Statements provides the ability to print or email a statement to the individuals / companies that the company is drafting to or from. This feature is particularly advantageous if you are wanting to notify a customer of the invoices being paid / drafted.

NOTES:

If the vendor is setup for email, a paper copy of the statement will not print if you have the "Email with email addresses" option selected.

Additionally, if there is a fax number defined for the vendor/owner, it will print on the statement as well.

If your vendor Sub-Account is set up with special characters that are generally not allowed as Windows file names, Pak Accounting has the ability to ensure that the email is sent to the vendor as normal.

To set up the vendors email, go to Sub-Account Maintenance (F12) / Contact Info tab / Statement E-mail field and enter it there.

When choosing options to print statements, the Extracted Account, Bank Code, and Effective Date will be shown at the top of the screen.

The user has the choice of whether to include all Sub-Accounts that were extracted or to limit the Sub-Accounts.

Additionally, the user can choose whether to print the Company Name and address on the statement.

There are additional options to include a logo on the statements and to adjust the logo if needed.

The Print option allows for the statements to be printed on paper or to email statements to those with email addresses. If statements are to be emailed and your email is set to MAPI, the system provides the ability to defer the email process to a date and time that is input by the user.

TIP: Typically, Revenue Owners will not need a statement printed from the ACH module since they have received Settlement Statements.
