The "Update Cycle" screen will create entries to the General Ledger System using the date of the invoice as the date of the entries. The "Update Cycle" process will also modify the Meter Master Maintenance with the current Used MCF's, Last Used MCF's and Last Read Date with current information.

 

Upon completion, all House Meter Cycle Menu Items will return to green to indicate a new cycle can be started.  

 

At this point, the General Ledger has the Unposted Entries for review and posting.

 

Entries can be reviewed in the General Ledger module / Entries and then posted.
