Compare on Hand to Transaction History

Compare Being Invoiced to Invoices (also includes non-inventory items)

Compare On Order to Purchase Orders (also includes non-inventory items)

Compare Invoice Master to Detail

Compare PO Master to Detail

Compare Invoice Detail to Master

Compare PO Detail to Master

Update Compare Inventory Values to Actual

This utility run the corrections needed on the reports above. It will update the Part Master On Hand Quantity and Amount to match the Transaction History Totals.

Combine Transaction History

This utility will combine Transaction History prior to specified date into one transaction record. (NOTE: This should not be used without Help from Technical Support. Your Customer Success Team at the Direct Support Number at the bottom of your screen.

T-4 Change Costing Method

This utility allows for an update of the Parts Master On hand Quantity and amount to match the transaction history totals. This can be accomplished by created date or by effective date.
