Print Invoices – Prints invoices based upon the Invoice Status you have indicated (Bill of Lading, Ready to Print, or Printed). If electronic is selected in the "Invoice Formats to Include," the system creates a file that can be sent electronically. In addition, customers can have their invoices emailed to them if an email address is filled in on the Sub-Account Maintenance / Contact Info Tab / Invoice/PO Email box.
