ST-1 Backup Withholding

This report lists all owners gross and withholding by period and State/US. This report can be run at the Distribution level by checking the box "Print/Accumulate by Distribution" to have the ability to separate out the withholding done at the distribution level, interest type, sequence, and amounts that the withholding was based on.

T-12 AR Severance Tax Report

This report creates the Arkansas Oil Severance Tax Report and online filing. Enter the Account and/or Sub-account and the Effective Date range.

CO Conservation Tax File

This report creates a PDF for filing the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Levy quarterly report.

IL Severance Tax Report

This report creates the Illinois Severance Tax Report. Enter the Account and or Sub-Account and the Effective Date range in order to create the report for the desired time frame.

IN Severance Tax Report - (Form MF 600)

This report creates the Indiana Severance Tax Report. Enter the Account and/or Sub-Account and the Effective Date range in order to create the report for the desired time frame. The tax payer information for this report pulls in from the First Purchaser > Company Maintenance > Company > General tab.

KS Severance Tax KDOR Report

Running this report will provide the detail necessary to fill out the Kansas Oil Severance Tax Monthly Report (KDOR). A CSV file can also be created to upload to the state.Define the Tax Liability account and/or Sub-Account, the conservation account and/or Sub-Account, the effective date range, and the report type.

KY Severance Tax Report

This report creates the Kentucky Severance Tax Report. Enter the Account and or Sub-Account and the Effective Date range in order to create the report for the desired time frame.

LA Severance Tax Report

This report will provide a list summarized by parish, barrels, and amt due. Check the corresponding box to create the EDI file to upload. Validation exists to print an error log if any parish code, field code, producer code, LUW code, tax rate code, or schedule code is missing. If there is amended data covering more than one month, a separate amended report will be produced for each month being amended.

T-14 MI Oil Severance Tax Report

This exports the Michigan Oil Severance Tax Return forms:

384 Exempt Production and Value Report by Well Schedule

MO First Purchaser Fee Report

This creates a PDF for filing the Missouri Oil and Gas First Purchaser Fee Report.

SF-3 MT Form 5

This creates a royalty report for the state of Montana.

NM Oil and Gas Taxes Detail Report

This report prints the New Mexico Oil & Gas Taxes Detail Report (internal reference only) and creates an electronic file, which can be uploaded to the state. The report creates a Total Tax Due amount that is visible on the internal report and is a part of the electronic file.

Note: NM Severance Tax EDI file reports will display a line for each State Property#. If more than one property has the same State Property#, you will see one line for the total of those properties with a (+) plus sign. Then below that line you will see each property listed that is in that (+).

ND Production/Extraction Tax File

This report creates an Excel file for the North Dakota T-12 Report, which reports both Production and Extraction Tax. Notes:

•Oil Gravity - This is saved on the severance tax record in the description field.  If it is zero, we try to calculate it from the lease's run tickets for the date range.  If it is still zero, we use 40.0.

•Transportation Deduction - Not currently populated.  Used come from the price contract's Additional Fee Index price.  

•Other Deductions - This is the sum of the contract's price adjustment and adjustments for offload, BS&W, gravity, sulfur and volume, and the property's adjustment amounts.

ST-4 OH Severance Tax File

This option will create a text file for Oil and Gas reporting for the state of Ohio.

OK Production/Excise Tax File

This report creates the Oklahoma Gross Production Monthly Tax Report XLS file for review, as well as the CSV upload. This supports Oil and Gas products as well as any "other" deductions from the Gross Value.

ST-1 TN Severance Internal Review Report

This creates an internal report for TN Severance. This is NOT a state form.

TX OIL Severance Tax EDI Report

This report provides a listing to show oil to be reported to the state in the EDI file and creates EDI file to upload. The file being generated will validate for counties, well type according to State Property ID Number, and State Operator Code among other fields. Additionally, this report will make allowances for negative amounts, allow drilling permit RRC numbers on the report, allow the number seven as the first digit of the permit number, and allow and ID of STATEWIDE to be reported. If there is amended data covering more than one month, a separate amended report will be produced for each month being amended. This report is for Oil wells only.

Tax Exempt- To set up Tax Exempt Codes you must set up the Severance Tax Code with the last two digits of the Tax Code to be the State Exemption Code. For example, if the Exemption Code is 03 then the Severance Tax Code could be OILEX-03. This code will then translate to the EDI record accordingly.

Note: The Average Gravity is populated from the Run Tickets for that period. If there are not any Run Tickets found then the system will use the Estimated Gravity from the Production > Property Master > Production Tab.

ST-6 WV Producer/Operator Return

This report provides the West Virginia Oil & Gas Producer/Operator Return. This report will include revenue for all non-oil and non-gas quantities/receipts.

SF-1 WY MR10 Report

This creates a royalty report and upload file for the state of Wyoming.
