Reports - Employee

There are several reports that provide detail listing of employee-related data.  The reports can be accessed by clicking on List on the Employee Master Menu or under Reports #20 and select the desired report on the employee tab.

Common fields on Reports        

Print Employees From- Thru: [/?]

Enter the range of employee numbers to print.  Press the ?/ key to view the pop-up window with all employee codes & names.  The default, blanks - ZZZZZZ will print information on all employees.

Print only employees with status of:

Active; Inactive; Deleted-Yr End; or All.

Print Sequence

Emp #, Dept, or Alpha - select the sequence to print the report.

As of date, and list employees with months of service

Set the range by date or months of service.

Print only employees in the following groups:

The selections available here depend on the Detail Groups set up in Company Maintenance.  Click to include group.

 

The following reports are available.

 

Active Employees with no Check

Listing of active employees who have not received a payroll check as of a specified date.

Detail Employee Listing

Listing of each employees name and address information along with earnings, deductions, taxes, vacation, etc

Employee Driver’s License Listing

This is a convenient way to list employee name and number, status, birth date, social security number (optional) and driver’s license number. Prints one line per employee.

Employee Event Listing

Listing of events set up for an employee

Hire Anniversary and Birthday Listing

Prints one line per employee. Report will print the department, date of birth, age, hire date, and number of years the employee has been with the company as of the “thru” date.

Simple Employee List

Prints a quick listing; one line per employee.  Includes Name, phone number, cell phone number, department, plus hire and termination date.

Simple IRA List

Allows you to set criteria for minimum months employed, minimum annual earnings for year prior to as of date and minimum age

Summary by Job Category, Sex and Race

Listing of sex and race for employees by Job category.

Employee Listing of Tax Information

Report prints Employee#, Employee Name, State, Fed M/S-#Exemp, extra W/H, State W/H state, State M/S-#Exemp, Unemp State, WC State, WC Code.

TimeCard Labels

Ability to print labels for employee time cards.  All standard labels are available.

Timecard Input Sheet

Ability to print a timesheet listing in payroll to help with entering in payroll cycle.  You can range the report by employee (based on their status or print all), choose which sequence to print (employee #, alpha or department), include pay rates,  and/or include certain pay groups.  Titles at the top can be changed in company maintenance > Basic Options > Time Card.

Employee Vacation/Sick Report

Prints vacation and sick balances accrued for each employee, in hours and dollars, with totals. Also prints rate and hire date.  Rate used for the employee is determined by:

1. If employee has one or more non-zero Regular ("R") earnings rates setup, the system will average the rates and use that rate.

2. If not, the system will add up all the Fixed ("F") earnings that are subject to Federal Withholding and then use that amount along with the #pay periods in year (using 40 hours in a week and 52 weeks in a year), compute the effective hourly rate for the employee.

NOTE: When wanting each Department on a new page, enter 99 in Num of blank lines between departments.

Verification of Employment Report

Report of employee name, address, title, SSN, hire date and total hours and net pay for a specified date range.  Can include each check or just totals.

Employee I-9 report

Prints the employee, hire date, status and Term Date. This report provides the ability to include "All" employees, "Only employees with I-9" or "Only employees without I-9". Prints the actual I-9 image if available (payroll scanning feature).

Create SSN Verification File

This report will create a file to upload to the Social Security Administration (SSA) Business Services Online (BSO).  It allows registered users to verify the names and Social Security Numbers (SSN's) of employees against SSA records.
