Division Order Tab

To be used in the Division Order Process setup.

 

First select if the Letter Template will be Legal or Custom. Which option you select will affect the fields on this page.

 

Cover Letter Template

Enter in file name of letter if desired. Letter will print before the actual Division Orders. To create the letter use the Custom Division Order Cover Letter option located in the Utilities module - Default forms section.

Return Copy Text

Text that is printed at the bottom of the first copy to notify owner what to do.

Record Copy Text

Text that is printed at the bottom of the second copy to notify owner what to do.

Legal Text

Enter in any legal text to be printing on each Division Order.

Outside Operator Text

Additional text used with advance option Outside Operator Expense program.

Suppress Printing of Billing Decimal on DOI Letter

This will work with either the Legal or Custom Letter options. This option is available only to First Purchasers. Also see Reports - Division Orders - Pending Division Orders.

Legal Description options

Checking this option will print the Legal Description on the Division Order Listing by Property, Division Order listing by columns, and Division Order listing columns w ID. The Legal Description is set in Property Maintenance - Other tab.

 

If the Custom option is selected a field will open for “Custom Letter Template”. Just like the Cover Letter Template, you can customize your letter in the Utilities module > Default Forms > Revenue tab section. See Default Forms for more information.
