Data Analysis

Customer Sales Analysis

Customer Sales Analysis of the Accounts Receivable account. Uses the Pivot Table technology to provide filtering and sorting capabilities. This analysis contains Division & Customer by Month/Year.

You have the ability to double-click on dollar amounts to view the detail in View/Trend that makes up the figure shown on the screen.

Additional Right Click options such as exporting to Excel and Printing are also available.

Income Analysis

Income Analysis of the Income accounts uses the Pivot Table technology to provide filtering and sorting capabilities. This analysis contains Division, Customer, and Income account by Month/Year.

(HINT: For this to properly list divisions, you must have the Service Ticket Journal defined on the Journal Maintenance as Service Ticket.)

You have the ability to double-click on dollar amounts to view the detail in View/Trend that makes up the figure shown on the screen.

Additional right-click options such as exporting to Excel and Printing are also available.

Current Balance Analysis

Current Balance Analysis of the Cash, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable accounts uses the pivot table technology to provide filtering and sorting capabilities.

You have the ability to double-click on dollar amounts to view the detail in View/Trend that makes up the figure shown on the screen. You can also view the data in a chart format by clicking chart.

Additional right-click options such as exporting to Excel and Printing are also available.

Invoice Analysis

Invoice Analysis of the Pak Accounting Invoicing Module uses the pivot table technology to provide filtering and sorting capabilities. This analysis contains Division, Customer, Class Groups, Class, and Part number by Month/Year. In the "Load" field, choose whether to view the table by dollars or quantity. In the "View by" box, make a selection to view by Class Code, Class Group, Class Group + Class Code, Part #, Class Group + Part #, Class Group + Class Code + Part #, Tax Authority Code, Taxable Status, or None.

You have the ability to double-click on dollar amounts to view the detail in Invoicing that makes up the figure shown on the screen.

Additional right-click options such as exporting to Excel and Printing are also available.

NOTE: Invoice Analysis automatically ignores any line items that are a (D) Description, (M) Memo, (C) Cost or any line items with a zero extended selling price.

Customer Analysis

The Customer Analysis report provides information as to what types of items customers are purchasing. This report can be customized to include purchases grouped by categories and/or division. The report allows the user to customize it based on the information needed. Additionally, there can be more than one analysis created.
