Print Style

Print the listing in Detail or Summary format .

Print each Dtl Transaction

Prints the detail of each journal.

Print Reference Totals

Adds a total line after each reference.

Print second line

Adds a second line with additional information such as the invoice number.

Print in last columns

Choose what you want to print in the last two columns of your journal listing.  

Quantity, Date Pd – prints quantity amounts and A/P date paid information;

Date Pd/Due, Created by – prints A/P date paid and due date plus the user id who created the entry and date the entry was created;  

Created by, batch/ap#/Line# - prints the user id and date/time of the user who created the entry and the batch id information.

Created by, Last Changed By- prints the user id, date/time of the user who created the entry and will also list user id, date/time of the last change to the entry.

Only Print Journals needing Documents

Option to print only entries that do not have a document associated with it. This will allow for a review of those entries and for any applicable research or further action to be taken such as adding a document to the entry if necessary. This option may also be used before disposing of or filing physical documents to make sure they were all scanned in. In addition, auditors may use this option for verification during the course of the audit process. Used when the Journal is set to enable documents.

Excel option                            

Reports can be exported to excel using the Excel button which will print detail regardless of check boxes, but will honor the "Print in last Columns" radio buttons selections.

User ID & Date Options Tab

Last Change & Created by ID/Dates

Ability to print journals with information regarding data restricted to when it was created, when it was last changed, and by whom.

Printer Tab

Ability to set Page Orientation, Font Size, and Font.
