Example 1: Allows tickets to be entered to the commingle property (property A) then system will allocate to the detail properties (Property B & Property C). If tickets need to be entered at the detail property then allocation type should be set as normal and no Commingle #. |
Example 2: Allows ticket to be entered to both commingled properties. Property A has one Commingle # and Property B has a different Commingle #. In the first Commingle set up Property B needs to have the “has detail” set to “Y” (Yes) this will allow the system to have tickets entered at the Property B level as well as the Property A level. If tickets need to be entered at the detail property then allocation type should be set as normal and no Commingle #. |
Example 3: Two different allocations with the same property. Property A and Property D have unique Commingle #’s that have one or more properties the same. In this example Property C is in both. This property is set up as allocation type normal with no Commingle #. If tickets need to be entered at the detail property then allocation type should be set as normal and no Commingle #. |
Example 4: Property A and Property D have unique Commingle #’s that have one or more properties the same. In this example Property C is in both, in addition Property C has it’s own allocation. This property is set up as allocation type Commingle with it’s unique Commingle #. If tickets need to be entered at the detail property then allocation type should be set as normal and no Commingle #. |
Example 5: A property cannot be the same property as the commingle master. It will not allocate to itself. Pak Accounting does not support the same property within it’s own allocation. |
