Print Each Line Item - prints detail by employee
Print Summary Only - prints summary by state and code (see example below)
Print Employee Summary - prints summary of each employee
Print Summary by WC Code - State - Employee - prints summary by code, state, and employee
NOTE: Selecting File for printing allows you to print the report in a Comma Delimited Format.
