Update Ownership Percentages

This utility will overwrite existing ownership percentages as defined in the Lease/Property Maintenance screens based on current settings in the Check Stub Division Order Maintenance Ownership Percentages. The changes made via this procedure cannot be reversed.

Delete Invalid (Zero) Lease

This utility will remove invalid Lease/Property records. An Invalid record is one that has no amount balances, current or historical.

ASCII Import of Lease Data

This is used to do an import of lease data, see screen for ASCII import layout.

Import Accum Dep - Beginning Balances

This utility will zero out and replace all of your Accumulated Depletion Beginning Balances with those that are in the GL system. Only looks at the "Accum Lsehold" accounts as defined on Company G/L Acct Tab. The system will warn you if an account is not processed due to the first entry on the account having a blank Sub-Account.
