Tag batch Cycle - Ability to print and record count sheets for physical inventory observations |

TB-1 Clear |
Clear any previous tag number, batch number and items counted. |
TB-2 Assign |
Assign tag numbers for physical inventory. |
TB-3 Count Sheet |
Print the count form listing to use in the physical inventory observation. The sheet can be printed using the "Printer" button at the bottom of the screen. In addition the "Count Grid" button will display the parts in a grid format. Click on "List" at the bottom of the screen to print the Inventory Count Form from the Count Grid or right-click and select "List" to accomplish the same thing. |
TB-4 Enter Qty Counted |
Enter quantity counted via tag number. OR Import the counts from a CSV file. If using the import option, the file format must be in the following sequence and the first record in the file may contain column labels. a.Tag # b.Count c.Part# (only used when tag# is blank, will automatically setup new Tag#) d.Location (only used when tag# is blank, will automatically setup new Tag#) e.All other columns are ignored. |
TB-5 Variance |
View the inventory variance report to see the differences between what is recorded on hand in parts master and physical counts. |
TB-6 Update |
Update the on hand with the quantity from physical count. Creates an adjustment in inventory for difference. |

RT-1 Count Form |
Print the count form listing to use in the physical inventory observation. In order to differentiate between parts, the entire description will print. The Listing can be printed or saved as a PDF. In addition the "Count Grid" form will provide the count form in a grid like format that can be viewed or generated as a list by clicking on the "List" button at the bottom of the screen. Once the list is generated it can be printed. |
RT-2 Inv Adjustment |
Utility to manually adjust inventory quantities.The quantities in this utility are current inventory counts for the current date. This utility will not include parts that are not inventoried. |
