Upon entering the screen, tickets that have not been assigned to an invoice will automatically load for viewing.
Select the "Include tickets assigned to an unupdated invoice" check box and the load button and the screen will auto populate with tickets that have been assigned to an invoice that has not been updated.You have the ability to sort and filter by category. Double-clicking a ticket will take you to the selected ticket. Once you menu back, you will need to reload for data to auto-populate. Additionally the fields can be moved around to present your desired view of the information by clicking on the column heading and dragging to the desired position.
