Settings

Depending on the settings for the lease, the program may or may not allow a tank to have negative production. The lease can NEVER have negative production.

Causes

Entry Error: Bad tank reading or a missing run ticket can be corrected and the information saved again to correct the error.

No Entry Error: Check with your main office for preferred method of fixing the problem.

Make the tank readings the same as the previous day, recording zero production. Continue this until the lease produces enough to make up for the negative amount.

Use Adjustments to enter an adjustment to account for the drop.
