Adjustments
This will be accessed from the Lease on each of the tabs. Below is an example from the Tank Reading Tab.
It is important to know that the production for the day of the adjustment will be recalculated and the result could be negative or out of tolerance production. Click Edit to make changes to an existing Adjustment. Click New to add a new Adjustment.
Tank |
If New was selected from Daily Entry the tank will default to the tank selected on the page. Otherwise, one will need to be selected. |
Adjustment Date |
Will default to the current processing date. It can be changed if needed. It cannot be in the future. |
Adjustment Type |
Must be selected from the drop down. |
Adjustment Barrels |
Cannot be zero. This value can be either positive or negative. A positive value will be added to the production calculated. A negative value will reduce the production calculated. Most adjustments will be a positive value (tank leak, BW&W circulation, water pull, etc.). |
Notes |
Enter any notes. The notes field will have a default value after the Adjustment Type is selected. |
