Pak Accounting's Search by Keyword function in the Purchase Order module, menu item 14 allows for a purchase order to be found by searching on a header or detail line. With either of the preceding searches, the user can search for a word or phrase in a description, by a particular vendor or by Division Name. Pak Accounting will show the first 500 purchase orders that meet the criteria. The purchase orders can then be viewed by double-clicking on the line of the desired purchase order.
