Enter information from gas settlement statement into respective fields. When Allocating gas and adjusting for different pressure, the resulting MCF amount will be rounded to two decimal places.
NOTE:
•Monthly gas sales will not copy forward.
•Gas numbers may be entered one of the following ways:
oIf all gas is sold, then you can simply enter it into Monthly Gas Sales maintenance. This is the normal procedure.
oIf you need to track other Gas Dispositions, then you may set up a Gas Meter in Tank/Meter Maintenance and enter it in Daily Production Maintenance. (If you also enter in Monthly Gas Sales, the system will distribute the volume evenly across the daily records for that Gas Sales Disposition Code. This will replace the original estimates for the corresponding Disposition Code).
