Deed Maintenance - Setup of each deed

 

To Do items - ability to set up to do lists for a User ID for a date, and to mark the item as done when completed.

 

Tax amount maintenance - quick way to add taxes as they come in instead of locating the deed to add them.  If you add here it will populate the taxes tab on the deed.
